60 Painters is a major exhibition of contemporary Canadian painting. This collective of artists, led by curator Scott Sawtell, joined together to present an ambitious exhibition of contemporary Canadian painting.
This exhibition was the most ambitious overview of contemporary Canadian painting to date. It offered a rare opportunity to view such a broad range of contemporary Canadian painting and to examine the influences such artists have on each other's work. The sixty artists selected include emerging, mid-career and established artists, with each creating new works for the exhibition or exhibiting works that are significant to their practice.
Now you can own part of the exhibition by purchasing a copy of the 100-page full color catalogue for only $35.50 including taxes and shipping!
